The activity of Acomplia is increased by simultaneous use of some drugs (so-called CYP3A4 inhibitors) such as:
* itraconazole (antifungal medicine)
* ketaconazole (antifungal medicine)

* telithromycin (antibiotic)
* clarithromycin (antibiotic)
* nefazodone (anti-depressor)
